Eighth meeting of NRN-NCC China Executive Members held at Guangzhou, China.

The 8th NRN-NCC China Executive member meeting held at Guangzhou, china on 20-Dec-2009. And following decisions were made:

1. For the celebration of New Year 2010 A.D., it was decided to organize a Party on the last day of the Year (31-Dec-2009) 7:00PM at Kohinoor Restaurant, Guangzhou, China.

2. For the New Year celebration, it was decided to collect 100RMB/Each Peron and provide Appetizer / Food / Drinks (unlimited) along with Entertainment Programs. The short amount for the above program (if any) will be settled from the NRN-NCC China Fund.

3. To organize the New Year celebration program, following committee had been formed:
            (i) Navin B.K.                      Co-ordinator
            (ii) Sanjay Chetani               Member
            (iii) Damodar Parajuli          Member
            (iv) Sushil Belbase               Member
             (v) Sudesh Jha                     Member

4. The Food Menu is as follows:
        Appetizer / Breakfast (Non-Veg):
            (i) Mutton Sekuwa              (ii) Mutton Bhutan
            (iii) Chicken Choela            (iv) Chicken Wantan
       Appetizer / Breakfast (Veg):
            (i) Aaloo Piro                       (ii) Bhatmas Masala
            (iii) Veg Pakoda                  (iv) Chana Chaat
            (v) Salad
        Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg):
            (i) Rice                               (ii) Dal Fry
            (iii) Butter Naan                (iv) Mutton Curry
            (v) Mix Vegetables           (vi) Aaloo Tama
            (vii) Saag                           (viii) Papad
         Drinks:
            (i) Juice                              (ii) Soft Drinks
            (iii) Beer                            (iv) Red Level Whisky
